So i have a question i am planning on a new build for recording minecraft on max settings (far and fancy) with atleast 30 fps so i have a question should i get a i3 3220 with an hd 7770 or an i5 3570k or 3440p i think or should i wait till haswell and get that and in a few months get a 7850 but is it necessary to spend the extra 150$ for an i5 and a 7850 or wait till haswell and get the cheapest i5 with a 7850 in a few months as i said ill only be recording and maybe on oovoo at the same time thanks als ill be on a 60ghz 21.5 inch 1080p monitor thanks

It's probably not necessary to have a Core i5 CPU to play something like Minecraft. I would imagine an i3 would work just fine, so long as you have the RAM and decent GPU to back it up. An i5 would be nice, however, if you play other games that take advantage of a faster processor or if you have non-gaming needs to utilize. Gaming typically requires a good GPU to provide the screen resolution you want to play at. If I were you, I would recommend the i3 and either a Radeon 7850 or a GTX 650 TI (Boost) rather than a Radeon 7770. But if you're just playing Minecraft and equivalent games, a 7770 should be just fine.
