I'm not the greatest when it comes to dealing with processors and such so i thought i would ask the pros here =)
First off this is for a budget gaming rig.

The motherboard is:
BIOSTAR TA970XE AM3+ AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138348&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-_-pla-_-NA-_-NA

I'm stuck between these two processors:

AMD Phenom II X4 965 AM3 3.4Ghz 512KB 45NM 125W 4000MHZ

http://www.amazon.com/AMD-Phenom-3-4Ghz-512KB-4000MHZ/dp/B002SRQ214

AMD Phenom II X6 1045T 2.70GHz AM3 Processor

http://www.amazon.com/AMD-Phenom-3-4Ghz-512KB-4000MHZ/dp/B002SRQ214

Which of these two processors would be a better buy? Any help is appreciated :)

How is this setup working for you? I have the same motherboard and the same processor but have been having numerous Windows BSODs which I cannot seem to resolve.

Fx 6300 is IMO the best gaming chip from amd it's only $10 more than the 4300 so it's priced nicely and games don't need the 8 cores on the 8320/50. Get the 6300 or if your really need to save money the 4300 is fine too
