Processor Help!!!

ASUS P5QL PRO LGA 775 Intel P43 ATX Intel Motherboard
ASUS EAH4850/HTDI/512M Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3
Intel Core 2 Duo E6400 Conroe 2.13GHz LGA 775 65W
Broadway Com Corp Okia-black-650 650W
Windows Vista 64-bit
4 GB Ram

So I just bought a new processor to replace the E6400 but after installing the new processor, the comp wont boot. When i turn on the power switch, the comp would switch on for about 5 seconds before restarting itself. This cycle repeats. Does any1 know why?

Look mostly at number 2.

I am wondering if you forogot to plug in your 4/8 pin 12v plug into your computer.
Also check to make sure your cpu fan is plugged in.

That's an extremely poor PSU. Seriously. I wouldn't connect it to any components I valued.

I'm sure you'll find your problem in the checklist. If not #2 perhaps #11.
