Processor motherboard compatibilty

I m interested in the following configuration.
Purpose : Photo / Video Editing
Requirement : Photoshop , Premier

Please tell me if this will run smoothly.
Motherboard : Gygabyte GA-B250M-D2V-(REV.1.0)
[Intel Socket 1151/7th & 6th Gen Core Series CPU/MAX 32GB DDR4 2400MHZ]
Processor : Intel i3-7100
[7th Gen, LGA1151 socket, 3M Cache, upto 3.90 Ghz]
Ram : CORSAIR CMK8GX4M1A2400C14
[8GB 2400mhz DDR4]
While Intel compatibility test does not show GA-B250 motherboard with i3-7100 processor.

Also you may suggest your preferences if there would be required any additional graphics card or anything else.

Your motherboard supports your CPU.

GPU: Go for RX 480 4gb.

Check for your power supply, whether it holds good for the GPU.
