Processor needed for Radeon RX 560?

So I know little to nothing about computers but I've been searching around and come to the conclusion that my ASUS M32BF Model sucks for gaming. All I want to be able to do is run Destiny 2 at 60 fps with optimal game settings. Not sure whether to upgrade or buy though. I have been toying with some upgrades in mind for hopefully accomplishing my requirement but I'm not sure if the components work well together. Here's what I had in mind, please feel free to add anything I need, or tell me if something I'm using won't work.

Specs I Have:
PSU: AcBel 350w
CPU: ADM A10-7800
GPU: Nvidia GT 610
RAM: 8 GB

Specs In Mind:
PSU: EVGA 600w
CPU: AMD A10-7800
GPU: Radeon RX 560
RAM: 8 GB

Side Note: I also want to know if the Radeon RX 560 will even work with my AMD A10.

your processor will probably overheat running your preferred gpu , my own experience
