Processor or Monitor or GPU

Hi, currently i have fx 6300, gtx 950 with 1360x768p monitor (sucks, i know), i wonder what should i upgrade first? If processor, im planning to upgrade to an i7 gen 4, if gpu, im planning to upgrade to rx 470, if monitor, i only can afford 75hz monitor. Thanks

like i5 8400 or Ryzen 5 2600x
then monitor
then GPU.. to 1060 3GB or 6GB

Because in your system your processor in not power full enough.
Then your display is not even 1080p but your current GPU is enough to play all games at 1080p with mid settings (almost little bit slower than 1050 ti.

What about upgrade monitor to 75hz ips freesync, and then upgrade processor to an i7 gen 3?(wont use newest generation cause ddr4 ram are so expensive)
