Looking at your video card it seems to suck a good amount of your memory up, so Id assume getting a new video card would be better. The change from integrated to non-integrated will take less pressure on your CPU and memory usage. So in the long run upgrading the card first will benefit you. With a 1.8hz 939 sempron and an 8600GT (non integrated) I was able to run fallout 3 on medium with 25-45 fps. 1280x1024 res I believe.

I was assuming his graphics was integrated, and if it isn't then it is sucking off his memory I believe.

Shared Memory: 767 MB

My bad if it isn't integrated. Graphics still may be better depending.

Dung, I consider 40-45 fps playable with fallout 3 on high settings with a 2.2GHZ Amd Dual core socket 939 and an 8600GT 512mb.

Anyways onto the problem. It would be nice if you could help us out by giving more info. Such as your current fps, etc. Also turning off shared memory may help.

OK, since you do have a somewhat decent card for WoW, I suggest you get a new processor. I have noticed in my past WoW experience that it relies more on processing then video due to having to load tons of people in one map. This is the best processor I could find that your motherboard actually supports. http://cgi.ebay.com/AMD-Athlon-64-X2-3800-2GHz-CPU-ADO3800IAA5CU-Windsor-/170501677837?cmd=ViewItem&pt=CPUs&hash=item27b2b1230d#ht_1434wt_912 I suggest instead of getting a processor you get a new motherboard instead.

Shared memory I am assuming would be in your bios. I suggest you buy a new motherboard though, your motherboard isn't the best and it would be an investment in the future just to get rid of it now.

Here, this one supports your current processor and you can upgrade to even a quad core in the future if you want to. The price isn't half bad either.

OK, then I suggest you buy that motherboard. Then you can extend your upgrading capabilities in the future, thus you will see a bigger increase in FPS then if you upgraded your processor or video card on this current motherboard.

My wife is using my old S939 3500+, so thats why I mentioned it.

You wont' see an increase just by using the board. It will allow you to put faster parts in later. If you have an AM2 setup now, you might want to just buy a new CPU ad GPU. Do you live in the US and can you buy from newegg? A cheap AM2 dual core and a faster video card can be yours for ~$100 I'm sure.
