Question Processor power management at 100% causes crash with a BSOD

In my Power Options>Processor Power Management, I've set it to 90% because whenever I set it to 100% it gets unstable, it causes my entire PC to crash with a BSOD. My CPU's speed is 3.67GHZ, I have an i7-7700K and it's base clock is 4.2GHZ. When I try to set it to 100% the clock speed is at 4.2GHZ perfectly fine, but then I just get a PC crash with a BSOD.
I use an AORUS GTX 1080ti 11GB and an i7-7700K.
So far I've gotten 2 BSOD Stop Codes:
  • IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
  • PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

I'm pretty sure that these BSODs are caused from the issue above, it's something related to power. Unfortunately I can't find a fix for it. I really wish someone who shared the same problem and fixed it reply.
Much appreciated 😊
