Processor & RAM showing not available / Slow PC start up / .exe's are not running.. until PC has sat on for roughly 10 minutes

Hello all, I'll do my best to try and explain my problems.

When I start my PC up for the first 5-10 Minutes I cant do anything apart from run things like "Google Chrome" "Microsoft Office" but can NOT run things like "Vegas Pro" "Task Manager" or any games.

If I click my properties when I'm on "This PC" it shows that My Processor and RAM are not available. (Only in the start up phase first 5 - 10 Minutes) after that it shows both my processor and RAM.

Its like it has a really hard time starting up... I know I can run things once my keyboard lights up.

I dont really know how else to explain this so hopefully this is enough information! Please Help! 🙁

what are specs of the PC?

I would guess you need new chipset and sata drivers for motherboard

CPU: Intel Core i7-4790k
GPU: 3GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 780 Ti
RAM: 16GB KINGSTON HYPERX BEAST DUAL-DDR3 2400MHz
MB: ASUS® Z87-A: ATX
OS: Windows 10 Pro

Is there any way to double check that it is the chipset and sata drivers before either purchasing a new MB or getting it fixed? thankyou
