Processor Replacement For Am2+ Socket

Iam Having an GA-M6!PME-S2P Mother Board With AM2+ Socket.And the Processor iam using is AMD Semphron 140Processor 2.70 GHZ..CAN I REPLACE MY PROCESSOR WITH INTEL.AND ARE THERE ANY PROCESSORS FOR AM2+ BY INTEL

Never.... you cant have an Intel CPU on AMD board, and vice versa. They are not compatible, there are boards made for AMD cpu and there's for Intel also.. Please visit your motherboard website and check the specs and CPU compatibility... you can look for AMD cpu to upgrade and replace your Sempren 140 but you cant have Intel for that...
