processor replacement in socket 1150

i want to replace 2nd generation i5 with 4th generation i5 in a 1150 socket in laptop.will there be any compatibility issues.

The processor in your laptop cannot be removed or replaced.

The 2nd generation i5 processors don't use the LGA 1150 socket.
