Processor run in other mother board

i have asus p5kpl-cm mother board and intel dual core e5200 processor.

my processor is not runs in this mother board but on another board it runs.
and in my mother board other processor run good.

so please tell me what should problem?

it can be a dead motherboard
do you see any lights turn on the motherboard when connected to power?
