hi guys im looking for an answer which of the processor AMD FX 9590 vs intel i5 6600k scales better in latest and future AAA titles like DEUS EX MD with DIRECTX 12..Also heat/power consumption doesnt matters ..im looking for best preformance/scaling/FPS option for crossfire

Solution
Short version: Intel CPU + AMD GPU scales best with DX12

High end Intel CPUs scale better than even the FX 9590 in DX12. Midrange CPUs like the i3 and FX 6300 were pretty even.
AMD GPUs scale better than NVidia GPUs in DX12

Caveat: This is all very new tech and will likely see tweaks/improvements.
yes the fx-9590 is better in multi-core processes but it has a massive tdp of 220W only a high end cpu cooler can cool it if you do not want it to throttle like a Corsair GT H110 or a NZXT Kraken x61 and you won't have any upgrade path if you go with the fx-9590 or DDR4 support,or m.2 and other features. There are only a few boards that can handle the FX-9590 without burning the VRMs or the actual cpu socket.

Define scaling? Average core load, or performance?

DX12 has the capability to scale better then DX11 does, so yes, a FX8350 could theoretically reach full loading across all it's cores. Intel CPUs will still offer more performance however, simply because their CPUs are more powerful overall.

Simply using more threads on more cores does NOT add to performance.

FX 9590 runs superhot - so even though it overclocks, I´d suggest the intel chip.

I have read the reports about FX 9590 and DX12, and I am sceptical. There was a test at anandtech that showed that in DX12, there were virtually no gains above 4 cores, and some games actually had negative gains when going to hexa and octa core chips. There is no indications you need more than 4 cores for gaming for the forseeable future.

This statement is actually a little backward. AMD CPUs are 30-40c cooler than Intel under load. Intel will routinely hit 80c, AMD hits 55c. But AMD has a slightly larger core area under the heat spreader so it still produces around the same amount of ambient waste heat.

I strongly disagree. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/skylake-intel-core-i7-6700k-core-i5-6600k,4252-11.html

Even overclocked i5 6600k vs overclocked FX 9590 will result in favour of Intel.
Idle temps, max load temps and overclocked temps - Intel wins hands down. Which usually also means savings in electrical bills.

Also, with all respect, I think your math is flawed.
Assuming you were right about your numbers, routinely peaking at 80c vs 55c, doesn´t give a 30-40c difference.

Though it is worth noting, NVIDIA, despite negative scaling (drivers, probably), STILL outperformed AMD GPUs in DX12. And Maxwell was really not designed around that type of benchmark, something that is being revised in Pascal. Pascal should scale in a similar way to AMDs current offerings.

Well im waiting for pascal to be released....but the performance of AMD Radeon's current GCN cards with DX12 will be revealed by the release of Tomb Rider 16 , Hitman and Deus ex around feb/march 2k16
