Question Processor State power options

I use the high performance plan for power options and atm when I play with minimum processor state on 90% and maximum with 95% I get around a good amount of FPS and low CPU temp. When I boost max up to 100% I get a lot more FPS but my CPU temps go to 72-83 degrees and my RTX 2060 goes around 80-89 degrees.
Why is this happening?

Its completely normal, you are pushing the CPU more which will also push the GPU more.

Anything above 85C is not recommended.
