processor to play witcher 3,far cry 4

core 2 duo e8400@3 ghz
4 gb ram
asus gtx 750ti
500 gb hard disk

planning to upgrade the processor to an i5 3450 and ram to 8gb
will this allow me to play witcher 3,far cry 4,assassins creed unity,shadow of mordor
even at the lowest settings.
will playing games at 1366*768 resolution

A i5 4460/4570 will be enough, as for the motherboard, a h81 mobo will do the trick.

I'm not really sure if it's safe to get the i5-4570 for Far Cry 4 in the wake of the released insane minimum requirements for Assassin's Creed Unity. Better not take any chances and get an i7-4790k instead. You'll need it!! And get 8 GB RAM and a GTX 970, too, while you're at it.
