[SOLVED] Processor upgrade in mac.

I have a MBP 8,3 and wanted to know if I could upgrade my processor from 2.2 GHz to 2.8-3.2 GHz. My main question is, can my mac have its processor upgraded? Then, what would I need to look for?

Alright, I just wasn't sure what I could do. Being that I updated my ram and added a second hard drive.

lol... you can upgrade your processor for sure.... well, the apple way.

1 - take your current apple computer and backup your files on their paid cloud service.
2 - put that computer into the trash
3 - buy a new computer
4 - log on your apple cloud and copy those files back on the new computer.

You have a brand new processor indeed.
