now i am using amd athlone 64x2 dualcore 4800+.
i want to upgrade my processor, with best amd gaming processor which is the best and latest processor support my motherboard..please help me.?(elight group motherboard)

i would suggest a complete overhaul of your computer because it's not worth upgrading just your CPU, you could go to an AM3 setup or entry level 1155 for ~300-400
