Question Processor vs GPU

Quick question, I have this build:
Asrock B450 Pro4
2x4GB Kingston Hyperx Fury 3000MHz
Crucial BX500 240Gb (plus 1tb HDD)
Cooler Master MWE 550 gold

But I have to pick between:
Ryzen 5 1600 with ASRock Phantom Gaming D Radeon RX580 8G OC
or
Ryzen 5 2600 with Gigabyte Radeon RX 570 Gaming 4G
Which combo would be better?

I have the same GPU with an old Intel i5 4690 (not the 4690k version). Runs amazingly on high with some of the settings at ultra. I was amazed.

This GPU does an amazing amount of work. I was monitoring my CPU and only 67 percent was being used whilst in game on a very demanding game.

I know this doesn't answer with fact, but it does somewhat through my experience on a lower spec cpu
