No, it's a BGA socket. While it can be theoretically replaced, it requires some extremely advanced soldering, to the degree that if you were able to do it, you wouldn't need to ask the question.

And the second problem is that the only better CPU you could theoretically upgrade to is SP9600 and the only difference between the two CPUs is 0.13 GHz of clock speed.

also, even if you manage to somehow solder in a new CPU, the BIOS on the laptop may not support it leaving the laptop not able to boot up
