[SOLVED] productivity pc

Hello, I'm going to build a Pc for a relative soon. They mostly want it for productivity, basic school work, browsing the internet. Gaming is going to be rare, probably only free games such as Apex and Fortnite. Their budget is 650 USD. What do you guys think I should get? Also, they want their computer to be fast, which is going to be hard with the budget. Just asking for CPU, motherboard, and GPU.

Any mid-range cpu and an SSD is going to be fast for those requirements. An Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 would be good CPU family's to look at. GPU's like the GTX1050 or RX560 would work. If gaming is really not in the picture, use an Intel i5 cpu and it's integrated graphics. Then a GPU is not needed.

I'd start with the suggested builds here at Tom's Hardware (https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-pc-builds,4390.html). Also, look at builds at pcpartpicker to get ideas.

Opps didn't see it was just for CPU GPU and mobo. Well anyway the SSD particulally m2 SSD will give the feel of spoed with the super fast boot times and near instant load times for programs. After that the CPU/GPU will dictate what games are playable. For the 2 games listed the Ryzen APUs (2200g and 2400g) are capable of getting the job done without a gpu looking at the requirements. But the budget allows more.

I threw in a m2 SSD that's no where near the fastest but it's 1tb which will be more than adequate for most people. Still vastly faster than a sata SSD and not much premium over what we usually reccomend 240gb m2 SSD +1tb HDD as of late on here. I find the 1 drive approach preferable for family and friends unless their more computer savvy due to it's simplicity.

For Amd, should I go for the 1500 or the 1500X to pair with Rx 560 or 1050, and for i5, should I go for 7600k or 8600, or something else, I have no idea how bottlenecks work.

Is this too overkill, should I go for something cheaper than listed above?
