Producttester popup wont go away

i keep getting this pop up that says THANK YOU (you looks like you tube you) and pt is for product testers it is driving me nuts every 5 minutes it pops up and i dont know what to do .... the address says.... freeproducttesters.com its say pick gender and yadda yadda help!!!

Check your browser (tools ?) for any suspicious addons and delete them.
Might also delete your internet temporary files

Then you could search for freeproducttesters and look for any other solutions.
