Profiel Storage Space - error message

A couple of our PCs are getting the following error
message:

You have exceeded your profile storage space. Before you
can log off you need to move some itmes from your profile
to network or local storage.

Only one person uses each of the PCs. Any idea how to
resolve this error?

Could be a policy being implemented. Check the below article;
