Program for Deleting

Solution
Taking you at your word, the easiest way to delete everything except windows, is to export all of your settings (assuming they still have that), reinstall windows and freshly format the disk whilst you do it. This will leave you with just windows which is exactly what you say that you want. BUT there is zero chance of getting anything back if that is not what was really meant, no files, no folders, no music, no photos, no complex bank passwords. etc. etc.

You can uninstall a whole bunch of stuff.
Delete everything in the Libraries (doc/music/video/etc)
I imagine there would still be some bits of you left over.

The question is....WHY?
The why dictates the how.

No. I just want to like delete everything, without windows, I don't want to leave anything on that computer only legit windows thats it. And i only got 1 drive soo there is everything in it windows and documentss :D

Well in that case you need to go into program management and uninstall everything that does not have a KB number (they'll be the updates) and yes you have to do this one at a time.

Then do a disk cleanup (that should get rid of the temp files)

Then find where you put everything you've created and downloaded and delete those.

Still not sure what you are trying to achieve with this, what's the point? are you selling the machine? are you trying to hide stuff? (your original response above did indicate this).

It'd actually be easier to download the correct version of windows, and just a clean install and then everything except basic windows is gone.

I agree with those above, you aren't actually helping us too much, tell us why would help us with the how.
You could be trying to get rid of malware (not the right way to do this)
Hide stuff from your employers (might work)
Hide stuff from other entities law enforcement etc. (can't help you)
Hide stuff from a partner (might work, but should we help you?)
Hide stuff from the next owner of the machine (there are ways)
Just was to start again (there are better ways)

So tell us why you want to do this and we can figure out the best way of dealing with it.

"Everything" except "some stuff" (the OS).

Either one or the other.
Everything = everything.
'Don't want to delete Windows' = 'not everything'.

You friend needs to understand what he really wants, or you need to interpret for him. Leaving him with just windows is probably not what he wants, deleting all of his files, photos etc. is probably not what he wants. Why does he want to delete everything, is it the marketing and old school thought that a 'fuller' machine is slower?
