Hello guys,
We have a MacBook pro at home that me and my wife share. Each of us has their own user account, both admins. As well, each of us has installed a few programs that we use or like. However, by default, we both get to see and have all of the other user's programs. It's perfectly fine to share some installed programs, such as Chrome or Office, but we have specific programs that we don't want the other user to have available, clutter the Launchpad, nag for updates, etcetera.
Is there any way to restrict an installed program availability to one user only and not show up for the other user accounts?
We use OS X Yosemite. Thanks in advance!
