When playing League of Legends, I experience hangs and FPS drops. This is not a network problem. I've used MSI Afterburner to monitor the computer, and I've found out that the computer uses about 5000+MB of Virtual Memory when the RAM usage is only 3000+MB. It is as if the computer is not managing the RAM correctly. I could only solve this by disabling the usage of Virtual Memory in Advanced System Settings.

This however limits the amount of programs I can run: The computer tells me i'm running out of memory when the usage is only a little above 40%.

it's a case of memory leakage
a temporary solution is to minimize the game and manually clear ram (but that's only temporary)
try to update programs and use task manager to monitor usage
have you done any changes that may have caused this

Everything is up to date. This problem even happens on another computer that has just recently been formatted. Is there any crucial RAM driver or some necessary system programs that I need to install after installing Windows?

Well, I've got those installed. Will upgrading to Windows 10 soon possibly fix this issue? Will Windows 10 be having any bug fixes or performance improvements?
