Program to benchmark SSD?

Whats a good program to benchmark my crucial mx100 512GB SSD?
I have a tool called HD tune pro, and its telling me im not even getting 300MB/s read speeds.

Now correct me if im wrong, but newegg lists the SSD as up to 550MB/s.
I've only had this drive for a few months, could it already be wearing down?

Keep in mind that the real performance is almost never what is listed. If its under 550mbs don't be surprised. Normal for that ssd is high 400-500 mbs

That's all good, your ssd is right where it should be.

Edit: I am not to familiar with that website so I don't know how everything is determined but I would assume that the high scores mean the other parts are working good.
