Program to monitor my PC users

Hi folks i have a question. Is there a program or software out there that, I as an administrator could monitor my personal PC ( which I am using Windows XP home edition SP 2 ) . When other users ( ex. family members ) shares the same PC. Which tells me the amount time and what locations on the web they have been on , in there accounts?

There are a number of programs that will record user activities including recording sites visited, record both sides of chats, etc. One is called Guardian Monitor but there are a lot more. Google for computer monitoring software. This software is frequently used to monitor kids activities or suspected cheating significant others. Personally, I don't have a problem with using this software as long as you let the users know you're using it. I think secretly using it is wrong. The other thing you could do is set up a user account for each user and check the browser history and the Recent folder under that User's name in Documents and Folders.
