Program Wont Start In Windows .EXE

Hey,

When running a certain .exe program it won't start. I open task manager and I see it appear for 2-3 seconds and then vanishes again. It seems like something is holding the program back from starting. So it is just on 1 .exe program. I would like to avoid reinstalling it because of certain licenses.

Any ideas?
