Programs missing from Control Panel (can't uninstall programs)

So I updated to Win 10. Installation went without problems. The only problem I have is that control panel seems to not read all my files so I can't uninstall/modify any of my existing programs.

To be more specific
Win8 : Like 100 programs in CP
Win10 : Like 10 programs (all installed after the update)

How can I make control panel check my PC to find all my existing stuff?

I got that too, happened after an update last year...
I would just go with ccleaner's uninstalling feature, until you find a better solution...

You could try the Revo Uninstaller. That's always worked for me. I'd also run "sfc /scannow" from an administrator command prompt.
