Hi,
After the latest Windows 10 update I've had a pretty irritating feature show up. Basically when I restart the PC if any programs are open, when the PC comes back on all the previous programs will still be there. Before the update if you restarted it would close everything and boot up with nothing open, now I boot up and a load of things will be open like the PC has just been in sleep mode and not turned off or restarted.
This is not related to a program being set to 'open on startup' the system just doesn't close anything when it turns off anymore.
If this is a new feature, how do you turn it off?
This has shown up on the two PC's I updated and no settings were changed so it must be because of this update.
