Programs not opening after ssd and hhd upgrade

okay, so i recently bought a hyperx savage 120gb, and i did a fresh install of windows 10, moved a program or two over, but for the most part im going to keep it pretty clean just for boot.

However when i open up my (D (normal 1 tb HDD) i can open programs from their, however, when i move those programs to desktop, for easy access (obviously) it either wont open, or it will reinstall it to the desktop, could anyone please help me configure a hhd and ssd combo, so i can use my programs again, thanks

Your fresh install of windows knows nothing about those other programs which were never installed to this windows.
Now with games that use a launcher (Steam, Origin...) you can usually just reinstall the launcher and then add the location of the existing games to the library and be good to go but other programs you are going to need to reinstall. Sorry.
