Programs on not D-SUB not DVI

A couple of my programs such as Steam, Skype and Google Chrome are opening on D-SUB not my DVI, I can't find a solution anywhere. This has been happening since I got Windows 8. Help me please.

you mean you have dual monitor setup? what the gpu?
