Question Programs quit automatically with no error

Hi, I bought a new Windows 10 laptop. It has happened 10 times that two programs quit automatically with no error for no reason. Is this a problem with the laptop's hardware, Windows 10 or the programs? I used the same programs on different computers without problem. I also used the same programs on another laptop (same model and configurations as the one I just bought) without issue.

Adobe Photoshop CC and SolidWorks CAD program. What kind of event log info should I be looking?

what version? where did you get them from? contact adobe for support?

Make and model laptop? You say the programs worked with the same make model computer, how about the same/ different version of Windows 10.
