Question Programs saying I am not connected to the internet.

I've tried to scan for updates on MSI Live Updater but when I clicked scan it said I was not connected to the internet. This was 2 days ago and I put it aside cause I thought it will somehow fix itself. Jumpt to today and I've tried to log into Uplay, but it also said I was not connected to the internet. I went back to try and scan for updates with MSI's app, yet it still says I am not connected to the internet. I've installed Uplay again and it still said I had this problem. Any help?
