[SOLVED] Programs slower after adding more ram

I added an extra 16gb to the one i already had installed. Both set are Corsair vengeance LPX 3200mhz. I enabled XMP on my bios to get them to run at 3200mhz and windows started booting slower, programs like Maya and Unreal Engine dont start as fast as they used to. they even take much longer to start in some cases. While playing warframe, load times increased and sometimes the game freezes making me lose connection.

I know it has something to do with the RAM, just dont know what step to take.

There are go guarantees to system stability when adding/mixing ram, even when they LOOK the same - they actually aren't.
The kits are tested and certified to work as sold. All bets are off when you mix.
Return the kit you bought, and get a proper 32GB kit.
