Programs won't install after resetting PC

I reset my PC through Start Menu>Settings>Update & Security>Recovery>Get Started on Windows 10, before resetting it everything was completely fine, now I can't install programs with messages like this: "Source file not found. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it." everytime it mentions the file, I check it and it's there. I also downloaded Riva Tuner and it gave me an NSIS error but I fixed that by downloading it through Google Chrome instead of Microsoft Edge, is it maybe some kind of a MSI problem? I can't install Sony Vegas Pro anymore and many apps because I reset my PC, I reset it because I wanted a fresh reinstall of my OS, maybe I didn't update something important?
