Progressive Budget PC Build ?

My wife was wanting to get a new gaming PC but we don't have the funds to drop on a full build. What we have now is my very first gaming PC from about 8 years ago. Still kicking, but barely. I was wondering if it would be possible to get a decent gaming rig without a video card and let the on board graphics handle everything until we can get a video card too.The games she plays most is League of Legends, Heroes of the Storm, and rarely WoW. If this would be possible some advice would be great!

seem to be plenty people on you tube played league of legends with hd3000 integrated graphics

so guess those games arent too demanding

You could easily do a cheap build on the new AMD socket AM4 platform with an APU like the A12-9800 for decent medium resolution gaming...later you could add in a dedicated GPU and a Ryzen processor to kick things up a notch or two.

Budget for now is roughly 400 dollars, I am planning on getting a dedicated card when I get taxes however.
