I am currently upgrading a PC I was given and I was wondering what would increase the performance more, getting a new CPU (currently running an old pentium chip) or getting a video card (does not have a dedicated video card).

CPU - Intel Pentium G620 2.6 Ghz
Memory - 6 GB
Storage - 1TB Western Digital Black
Power Supply - Thermaltake 430
Video Card - No video Card
