According to the specs the ML10 only has a 300W power supply. NVIDIA says a 500W power supply is required for a gtx970.

I don't see a lot of pages that successfully replaced the power supply to provide you with guidance.

I've did many of these power supply transplants to regular 24 pin power supplies But your model like Kanewolf mentioned not alot of info on your PC to just link you up with the correct parts/cables to make this happen.

Can it be done sure but still looking for that correct conversion cable "s" to help you out.

Just a heads up HP likes to change the position of some of the wires on there 24 pin power supply server computer EVEN IF you have a 24 pin already in your computer.

Not a big deal if you plan ahead and KNOW this information.

Look for a pin out diagram of your power supply and match it to a standard 24 pin regular power supply.

So do your home work and you will be good to go.
