Prolink 700v for psu seasonic s12II

Hello. i have a pro link 700v UPS and my psu corsair cx 430. im planning to upgrade my gtx 550 TI. to zotac gtx 970 can my psu hold it? if not. im planning to upgrade my psu to seasonic s12II 620w. if i upgrade it. can my pro link hold the psu?

ps sorry if my english is not good . not from native englsih country. and thank you guys for some helps

Your current PSU won't suffice. Yes, S12II 520W or higher models will be good for the new GPU. And, your UPS is fine for the system.
