promoting a server to be main server

Hi, I am trying to set-up a server on my network to be the
main server. this is due to my old servers hard disk
totally failing on me. I also need as ,uch help
as^possible as I am working on a french machine not
speaking or reading a word of french?? Thanks to anyone
who can help sort this???

Run French-English on-line dictionary; Yes is Oui, Next is Apres, Cancel is
Annuler etc.
