Prompt for disconnect

Hi all, my question is; After installing Win2k Prof. I have lost the little dialogue box that pops up after you close Internet Explorer, the one that asks if you want to disconnect? Is this normal for Win2k, if so can I enable this as my little brother left the connection open for 20 minutes, (the autodisconnect kicked in, luckily!!!)

In IE goto Tools->Internet Options->Connections->(highlight the connection you use) click Settings->Advanced (Dial-up settings)->Check "Disconnect when connection may no longer be needed"
