Propably asked before but...

my chum managed it and i cant get hold of him...sods law. il keep trying but i think were going to have to settle with home. so no 64bit 🙁
 
This is a retail version, you can "move" the license, but you cannot (legally at least) have it installed on more than one PC at a time. The family pack are "upgrade licenses", you are supposed to have a previous version of Windows to use this (but can still do a clean install); there might be ways around this, but then again, not legal.
 
If you want to dabble in the gray area, you might want to consider getting a Technet subscription (200$ initially and 150$/year for renewals), you will get something like 5 "evaluation" licenses of close to all of Microsoft's products (each version of Windows 7 is counted distinctly so 5xHomePremium, 5xProfessional, 5xUltimate, ...). This includes the Office products. They are supposed to be for evaluation purpose only, that is why I say it's a gray area ...
