Proplem at my vga card

Dear friends i have aproplem at my vga card SAPPHIRE 5850 Xtream

th proplem is when i let the mouse for 10 secend and some thing is playing at the screen such as amouvie the video is slowing down and some jerk at the pic
when i catch the mouse agian the jerk is disapearing and the same time at games but when i use the mouse alwayes all the time no thing happning and no jerk and slowing apearing soory for talk alot and hope yr helps my friends

Maybe something to do with your screensaver ?

no my friend there is no screensaver at my pc i disaple it and the same Proplem done
when i use the keyboard only with out amouse. the proplem appearing and the sound of gpu fan is so high and when i just catch the mouse evry thing come normal again and gpu fan slowing again

Hmmm, that is weird indeed. Been thinking for a while but can't really come up with anything. Maybe some other task it's performing while not being used, like a automatic HD check or powersaving mode ( altough the last is not logical because of the high revving fan ) Can you monitor gpu temps while it's spinning fast ? ? I dunno. Someone else a briliant idea ?

the gpu temp is between 40 to 60 during the proplem
and there is some thing else i fogot it the cpu usage is 100 % and temp is 65 and didnot come lower until i catch the mouse

thanks very much i found the solvation this is prog at my pc ( translated client )
is taking 99% usage when i let the mouse ( i c the resource monitoring) i disapple it and evry thing come better , normal and thanks alot fo interresting and goodbye (sloved)
