Where can this program be found? I can't update MS because my computer can't find this file... I'm using Windows XP

Not sure what kind of program it is. Here's what I found.

Hi - I tried the link and from the other forum, went to the download site (http://bafoon0.tripod.com/proret.msi) and only got garble. When did you use this link?...

Does anyone else have a suggestion?

I used the link the same day, site must have been closed. Do you feel like reinstalling XP, doing it once every few years clears errors and gives you a fresh copy(or as close as can be).
