Proxy settings locked out.

I recently downloaded a risky file and I did custom install and all of that and malware was still installed anyways and now I can not access the internet because I am connected to a proxy. I tried to turn proxy off but it says Some settings are managed by your organization and everything is greyed out.

Sounds like more of a Group Policies issue that were manipulated by a harmful malware. The most simple and straightforward solution would be to Restore Windows to an Earlier Restore Point, i.e. when you believe the PC worked fine.
