Hi,

I'm trying to use a PS/2 mouse and keyboard for debugging purposes, but I can't get them working on my computer, even though they both work perfectly fine on another computer. The keyboard num lock lights up when booting and stays on afterward, but the PC isn't detecting any typing/clicking. Also, neither of them show up in the control panel's hardware window.

I've tried unplugging my regular keyboard's wireless USB receiver, restarting...

Anyone have ideas?
Thank you!

Hello,
Try this one
Turn off your PC -- > Remove the power cord --> Open the cabinet --> Remove the CMOS battery for 20 mins. After the specific time, place the CMOS battery back properly --> Connect the power cord -- > Now Turn ON Your PC.

Good Luck.:D
