So recently I got this problem where photoshop is literally unusable after a couple minutes of working, it keeps slowing down and even when i close off photoshop my pc remains super laggy its almost impossible to do anything but restart. (restarting fixes the issue completely)
I tried reinstalling photoshop as well as adobe creative cloud, reinstalling gpu drivers and starting new projects from scratch, this happens on super low resolution too.
Also when I go to the Task manager "system interrupts" is eating up half of my cpu.

I can play any game just fine, other programs like Unity, and Davinci Resolve also work perfectly fine. The only time everything stars slowing down to unusable levels is when i start working on a photoshop project even when its just 64x 64 pixels.

Solution
The issue seems resolved, I reinstalled photoshop again on my other nvme ssd and have been using it for the past hour with no issues whatsoever.

OK, just checking to see if it might be a hardware issue. It would not seem to be.
