PS2 emulator to work?

Hello Wise Ones!

I am looking and trying to find a PS2 emulator that works. I have tried to mess around with pcsx2 and I cannot get it to work without glitching or the graphics to be messed up. Here is my setup
AMD FX 8300
14 GB RAM
750 GB WD Black HD
3 GB R9 280 GPU

Can someone explain how to get one to work? I think I have a good enough computer but I can't get anything to work. Any explanation would be great.

This thread might help you out. PSCX2 is still apparently the best one, but you need some PS2 bios files to make it better. Make sure you're running the latest stable release from them too.
