PS3 Analog Not Working After Cleaning

I read all over online that I should clean my PS3 controller with a rubbing alochol/water mixture (I used 70% water on a mostly dry Q-tip) and afterward I now have a problem where moving my left analog stick up moves the character forwad while simultaneously turning the camera left, and moving my left analog down moves the character backward while simultaneously turning the camera down. Right analog doesn't work on x-axis anymore, only y-axis works. I tried finding help for this for hours but 100% of the stuff I searched just lead to "Analog sticks in one direction"
